综合性的语篇连贯模式建构

摘要

连贯是语篇分析中最复杂、最重要的内容之一,它已成为近二十年来语篇分析中的焦点问题之一,近年来人们对它的研究方兴未艾。

英国著名语言学家韩礼德的衔接理论包括词汇衔接和结构衔接两部分。目前对于连贯的研究主要还是靠语篇外在的衔接手段,这种分析方法是在把语言看成语言产品或静态成品的基础上进行的显性的分析。语篇是在语言的运用过程中产生的,它脱离不了语言运用的实际过程中交际双方的互动。也就是说,语篇还是一个动态的过程。Langacker的语篇分析观的以下两点:篇章语言单位的连续性,动态分析和篇章期待。认知语法对于语篇连贯具有向导型,但是认知理论太抽象不具有操作性,因此,本文作者提出综合的语篇连贯分析框架:衔接理论和认知结合起来分析语篇连贯。为了验证理论的可行性,作者选取20篇作文进行分析。

作者以太原理工大学英语专业本科三年级随机抽取的47名学生为对象,要求他们以“Power, wealth, beauty, truth and wisdom are the five choices among which I must choose two”为题写一篇作文。针对其中的20篇作文,笔…

摘要放在目录之前,字数在1000-2000字左右,须具有独立性和完整性,它包含全文的主要信息,是论文的压缩体。应扼要说明本论文的研究目的、思路、方法、意义,全文的总观点、论点与要点,本论文的创造性成果及新见解。语言力求简练、准确。摘要完毕后,另起一行,注明本文的关键词(3--5个)。关键词之间用分号隔开。论文摘要及关键词要有中英文对照。 中、英文摘要的上方为论文中英文题目。英文摘要要另起一页,内容应与中文摘要对应(含关键词)。

AN INTEGRATIVE MODEL OF

DISCOURSE COHERENCE

ABSTRACT

Coherence is one of the most important and complex topics in discourse analysis.It hasbecome one of the main problems in discourse analysis in the recent two decades.Theresearch on it is in the ascendant now.

In this study,47 English majors in Taiyuan University of Technology were asked to write a300-to-450-words composition on the topic of“Power,wealth,beauty,truth and wisdom arethe five choices among which I must choose two”in the first senior year.Finally,20 essayswere analyzed.In this paper,I focus on two ways of accessing of text coherence:explicitcohesion and cognitive coherence.

The results show that a good essay should be the one containing abundantcohesivedevices which were used accurately.

The author points out that in order to promise the coherence in a text,theparticipants ofthe whole text must have the consciousness of dynamic analysis during understanding the text.

The coherence is based on continuum in the language units of the whole text,the samesalience in the text,in this situation,the participants of the text mutual understand well ofcognition.The author of the present study hopes that this integrative model will play apositive part on the language teaching.

3.正文要求

1)行文要规范,文中引用必须与参考文献保持一致。

2)段首缩进4个英文字母,段与段之间不空行。

3)正文中的一级标题采用三号字,二级标题采用小三号字,三级标题采用四号字,四级标题采用小四号字,标题一律用粗体。

4)除以上说明的分级标题外,正文中的行文采用小四号字(行文当中出现的中文,采用五号字),1.5倍行距。但引用的段落采用五号字,且必须左右各缩进10 个英文字母,单倍行距。

5)在行文论述中,引用的文字如果不是英语,须先用英语表达(即译成英语),后以括号引出原文并标明出处(可用缩略形式标明出处,但其全称须在references中列出),例如:…“The faithfulness in translation should include expressiveness and elegance. To be expressive helps to be faithful, but to be elegant does not mean decorating expressiveness. Faithfulness is to render a piece of work in the way that the author intended it till the original style is staged.”(译事之信,当包达、雅;达正以尽信, 而雅非为饰达。依意旨以传,而能如风格以出,斯之谓信。)[钱钟书,1986:1101]6)在行文论述中,间接转述他人观点,亦须在夹注中标明出处,并将资料全称列入References。

6)页边距为world默认状态下,上下边距是2.54厘米,左右边距是3.18厘米

7)全文英文均采用“Times New Roman”体,中文均采用宋体。全文设为1.5倍行距(引文设为单倍行距)。

8)目录中的标题以及正文中的标题首字母都是大写。

1.参考文献中每条项目应齐全。文献中的作者不超过三位时全部列出;超过三位时一般只列前三位,后面加“等”字或“etc.”;作者姓名之间用逗号分开;中外人名一律采用姓在前,名在后的著录法。

2.参考文献的序号左顶格,并用数字加方括号表示,如[1],[2],…,以与正文中的指示序号格式一致。每一参考文献条目的最后均以“.”结束。各类参考文献条目的编排格式及示例如下:

5.附录格式

附录部分是对正文主体必要的补充项目,但不是论文的必备部分。下列内容可以作为附录:

(1)正文内过于冗长的公式推导或其他无法写入正文但有必要列出的内容。

(2)方便他人阅读所需的辅助性数学工具、数据、图表或表格。

(3)论文使用的主要符号的意义和单位编写等。
